Description
Cardamom is native to Southern India and is also grown in Guatemala, currently the world’s largest producer and exporter. This cooking spice has a strong distinctive taste and aroma. It is all at once citrusy, minty and spicy.
The whole Cardamom pods it can be used in teas or when cooking with rice. Ground Cardamom can be used for baking cookies, pastries and bread.
