Shipping
Shipping Fullfillment
Orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. When your order is shipped it will be updated in our back-end and you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been completed and shipped. Shipping times vary depending upon the courier and speed selection made during checkout.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup is available Monday-Thursday from 9am-2pm (excluding major holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed and ready for pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
We are confident in all the products that we carry and stand behind them. Unused products may be returned to the store within 30 days from the date the item was shipped for a full refund or an exchange.
Reimbursement for product returns and shipping (see below) will be made upon receipt of the product.
Exchanges
Only items that have been unused and unopened may be exchanged for a different product. The requested product must be equal to or more than the product being exchanged, with the cost difference being paid by the consumer.
The cost of shipping the new item will be paid by the consumer.
Returning Items to Kashat Spices
All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. To return an item please contact us through the contact page on our website.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will give you an RA# once we determine that your item has been qualified for return or exchange.
