Description
Dill Weed is Native to Eastern Mediterranean region and Western Asia. This dynamic cooking spice can either be used fresh or dried, and it is very aromatic. Dried dill has more flavor than fresh, and its taste is similar to the licorice like flavor of anise.
Fun fact – In medieval times dill was thought to contain magical powers. People would put dill in drinks they would consume to destroy evil spirits.
